Advanced course 2 days 

Expert coaches will give you opportunities to practice and further improve on your paddling techniques. You will among other things practice the torso turn, edging, leaning, forward paddling, sweep, stops, backward paddling, manoeuvring sidewise, rear rudder, break away, support, techniques in rough waters. Rescue practices,
capsizing and evacuation, the Eskimo turn, rolling, buddy- and float rescuing, towing etc. 

We gather at the kiosk: Navekvarn kajak, in the harbour. We will paddle out into the archipelago of Bråviken. Camp over night on an island and then return to Nävekvarn harbour. 

Time: Saturday 9 am – Sunday 4 pm. 

Date: 10 –11  July.  

Price: SEK 2 350 per person. Price includes: A fully equipped kayak, food (to be cooked by yourself), tent and camping cooker. If you are in possession of a sea kayak, you are more than welcome to bring and use it, however the same price will apply.
