Evening course 3.5 hours

Our experienced coaches will teach you the basics of paddling and provide many hints to enable a safe paddling. The course is focused on practical exercises. 

- How to safely embark the kayak
- Paddle techniques and become familiar with your kayak 

- Demonstrations and theories regarding rescue techniques

- Exercises in buddy rescuing 

  (bring a set of extra clothes).

 

Own equipment: Durable clothes, one extra set of clothes, rain coat and pants, swimming togs, water repellent sandals.

 

We gather at the kiosk: Navekvarn kajak, in the harbour. After that we will be on the beach.                                       

 

Time: Thursdays 5.30 pm – 9 pm. 

Date: 27 May, 10 June, 17 June, 1 July, 8 July, 15 July, 22 July, 5 Aug, 12 Aug, 19 Aug.

 

Price: SEK 450 per person. Price includes: A fully equipped kayak. If you are in possession of a sea kayak, you are more than welcome to bring and use it, however the same price will apply.
