Booking can be made by phone, e-mail or a personal visit. Bookings are binding. For bookings made more than 14 days prior to the event, 50% of the total booking fee must be paid in advance. Cancellations with less than 7 days notice, forfeit 50% of the fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice forfeit 100% of the fee. Exceptions are permitted in the case of illness (medical practitioner’s certificate required).

Conditions regarding other inability to paddle due to personal safety such as strong winds etc will be negotiated. 

 

Please note, we do not accept any credit cards, only cash payments.

Terms of renting 

Renters must be good swimmers. Minimum age is 18 years unless accompanied by an adult guardian. Paddling is at your own risk. Wearing of life jackets is compulsory. A planned route of paddling must be issued to Nävekvarn kayak before departure. The kayaks have to be returned cleaned both inside and outside. Any damage or lost equipment must be reported and compensated at cost price. Be advised to check your insurance company whether terms and conditions include renting of kayaks. Your valid ID-card has to be displayed at the time of renting.
